Please look over your photos and do not send any bad photos that can not be used.
 Go ahead and delete all bad photos prior to sending. If you took 4 to 5 shots of each area you should still have the required 3 shots even after you delete any  bad ones.

Gas Help for all Pay-Scales  (updated 3-5-12)

The standard used to determine mileage will be the shortest distance from your office/home using  GoogleMaps.com 
Any location according to Google Maps that is 17.9 miles or less will not qualify for this fee.
0 - 17.9 miles $0.00
18 - 24.9 miles $5.00
25 - 30.9 miles $7.00
31 - 40.9 miles $12.00
41 - 50 miles $20.00
If over 50 miles contact the office to discuss the fee or acceptance of the photo shoot.
In most cases you will not be asked to do a tour that is over 30 miles from your home/office.

Remember that the above gas help is not intended to cover your total gas costs. However on a car that averages 14 to 17 miles to the gallon the above help will cover the added expense.  F

2-23-11 Sending Photos Notice:
This week the photo sending website that we use has been having trouble with the servers and the website has been offline a few times. If after you send your photo description sheet and end up on the Send Photos page only to find that it is not working, you can use the backup website.
The backup website only allows you to use the website for free 3 times each month and they only allow 6 files to be sent at a time. Because of this you will need to ZIP your photos into one single file before sending them. Go to the backup website and upload your ZIPPED file and address it to Production@ElectroTours.com
Our service provider has assured us that they are working on the issue and as of today they expect it to be working at 100%. So you will only need to use the backup link above if needed.
 
Photographers: We are still receiving orders with less than 3 to 4 photos of each area. We must have no less than 3 photos of every room, even if the room is small. ALSO 3-4 of the front, 3-4 of the back, 3-4 of the back yard, 3-4 of the water or lake view if included. Please list the reason on the photo description form if you did not take 3 to 4 photos of each room. We are also still receiving vertical shots. Remember to take NO vertical (up and down) photos. With a wide angle lens you will be able to get even the smallest bathroom in one shot. Following the above instruction will keep you from having to make a return trip to take extra photos.
Vacations / Out of town
 Please let us know if you are going on vacation or if you will be out of town. In many areas we only have one photographer. If you are going to be on vacation we need to know in advance so that we can take the online ordering form offline until you return.
New Photo Sending Program is online and working.
We finally got the new photo sending program online today. You can start sending in your photos with the new program. Click on the Send Photos Button at the top. Fill out the photo description sheet and upload your photos.
This new system was designed to speed up the photo sending process. Everyone will need to start using the new system on any new orders that are received. A memo will go out this week to all photographers.

We have raised the extra gas help amounts. The pay scale has been updated.
Remember the extra gas help is not intended to pay for or cover all of your gas expenses. It was intended to help with expenses. however  in most cases it will totally cover your extra gas costs.

 Photographers can now access and login to this website from ElectroTours.com. Visit any page on our main website and scroll down to the bottom.  Located on the bottom of every page you will see the new
Photographer Login Button. 
New online invoicing coming soon.
Currently you still need to download a blank copy of the invoice and send it into us each week on Sunday.
You can download a copy of the blank invoice - Here - By the end of the week we hope to have the new online invoice up and running. You will now have a choice, continue to fill out a blank invoice each week and email it to the invoice department OR fill out the new online invoice. A memo will go out to all photographers as soon as the new system is up and running.
 Please do not crop your photos. We need them to all be the exact same size when you send them.
